2. Collection and storage of personal data and the manner and purpose of the use thereof when visiting the website

For technical reasons, when visiting the www.ssw.eu website, the user's web browser automatically transmits the following log data to the web server:

  • to request the immediate rectification of incorrect data or completion of the personal data stored by us, in accordance with Art. 16 of the GDPR;
  • to request the erasure of the personal data stored by us, in accordance with Art. 17 of the GDPR, unless processing is required to exercise freedom of speech and information rights, fulfil statutory obligations, for public interest reasons or to assert, exercise or defend legal claims;
  • to request the processing of your personal data be restricted in accordance with Art. 18 of the GDPR, if you dispute the accuracy of the data, if the processing is unlawful but you oppose the erasure of your data, if we no longer require your data but you still require it to assert, exercise or defend legal claims, or you have filed an objection to the processing in accordance with Art. 21 of the GDPR;
